The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, along with National Institutes and Composite Regional Centers (CRCs) observed World Cerebral Palsy Day with great enthusiasm and inclusivity.
