India, Feb. 9 -- West Bengal Administrative Tribunal issued text of the following order on Jan. 9:
The matter is taken up by the Single Bench pursuant to the order contained in the Notification No. 638-WBAT/2J-15/2016 (Pt.-II) dated 23rd November, 2022 issued in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 (6) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
On consent of the learned counsels, the case is taken up for consideration sitting singly.
Even on second call none has appeared on behalf of the applicant today and nor on previous dates of hearing - 13.09.2023 and 13.01.2023. For such repeated non appearance from the applicant side, it is clear that they are not interested to proceed in this matter.
