India, Oct. 16 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
Union Minister of Communications and Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, along with Minister of State, Dr. Sukanta Majumdar, called on Vice-President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, at Parliament House today.
The Vice-President was briefed on the functioning, key initiatives, achievements, and future plans of the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER).
