NAINITAL, India, May 14 -- Uttarakhand High Court issued the following order on April 15:

Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the State prays for and is granted six weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

4. Further two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner for filing rejoinder affidavit.
