AGARTALA, India, Feb. 9 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on Jan. 8:
1. This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 1133 days in filing this appeal challenging the judgment of the learned Single Judge.
2. A reading of the application filed indicates that the applicant had been diagnosed with Bronchitis and serious pulmonary infection ever since 07.09.2021, and has been undergoing treatment at Hyderabad.
3. The applicant also blames the senior counsel, who had appeared for him before the Single Judge, for not informing him about the result of the case.
4. Firstly, the illness pleaded by the applicant, cannot be a ground for condoning the inordinate delay of 1133 days in filing this appeal.
