In this application, the petitioner has sought a transfer of T.S.(Divorce) No. 89 of 2025 pending on the file of the Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura to the Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura.
The ground on which transfer has been sought is that the petitioner wife is staying in Agartala and the divorce petition is filed at Udaipur, Gomati Tripura by the respondent and the distance between Agartala and Udaipur is 54 kms.
