This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 148 days in filing the writ appeal challenging the judgment of the learned single judge.
In the application for condonation of delay it is stated that the judgment impugned in the appeal was delivered on 02.08.2024; that the applicant received the certified copy of the judgment on 21.09.2024; that the applicant did not understand that by the judgment dated 02.08.2024 only notional fixation of the salary and allowances after promotion had been directed and only after the actual promotion order was served on him on 27.11.2024 this became obvious and thereafter this appeal...
