TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ARUNADAY SAHA V/S MANISH R JOSHI AND ANR

AGARTALA, India, March 14 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on Feb. 16:

Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr.B. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-contemnors. By filing the connected interlocutory application the respondentcontemnor, Manish R Joshi, Secretary, UGC informed this Court that the impugned order has been complied with. In view of the above, the instant contempt petition stands closed.
