This present application has been filed under Article 115(b) read with Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning a delay of 183 days in preferring the connected appeal.
Heard Mr. S. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as Mr. R. Datta, learned P.P., appearing for the State-respondent.
For the reasons stated in the affidavit appended to this instant application, this present interlocutory application stands allowed and the delay stands condoned.
