TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON SURAJIT MAJUMDER AND ORS V/S LRS OF DECEASED NANI GOPAL GHOSH

The defendant-appellants namely Sri Surajit Majumder, Smt. Sujata Majumder, Smti Nibedita Majumder, Smt. Saraswati Biswas and Smt. Rekha Biswas are before the High Court. They have preferred this appeal under Section 96 of CPC challenging the judgment and decree dated 06.04.2017 in connection with Case No.T.S.(Partition) 38 of 1999 delivered by Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Unakoti District, Kailashahar.
