This application has been filed under Section 151 of CPC for allowing the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the insurance company lying before the Registry of the Hon'ble Court in connection with the disposal of Mac. App No. 53 of 2024 passed on 07.05.2025.
For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company as per procedure. Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard.
