After hearing Learned Counsel for the two sides, the following Issues are framed in agreement of the two Counsel

1. Whether Petitioner is entitled for recovery of an amount of Rs. 35,45,853/- along with interest from Respondents as claimed in the Petition?

2. Whether Petitioner is entitled for return of Integrated Receiver Decoders and Viewing Cards of its channels from the Respondents?

3. Whether Respondent No.2 is a proper and necessary Party to the present proceedings and whether the case is maintainable against it?
