TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT AND APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ISSUES ORDER ON VODAFONE IDEA V/S UNION OF INDIA

NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Looking to the contentious issues raised in this Telecom Petition, the same is Admitted.

2. Notice upon respondent. Mr. Gurjas Singh Narula accepts notice on behalf of Union of India and is seeking time to get instructions and to file reply.

3. Two week's time is granted to get instructions. Time to file reply is granted till next date of hearing.

4. List this matter under the head "For Directions" on 17.05.2024.

5. Interim relief granted vide our order dated 12.01.2024 shall stand continued to be operative during the pendency and final hearing of this Telecom Petition
