NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
1. We have heard learned Senior Counsel for petitioner, who has submitted that they are already registered with Department of Telecommunications (DoT) as M2M Service Provider.
2. It is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that they have already embedded approximately 55000 e-SIMs in the automobiles including the Ambulance, Trucks and the Public Transportations etc, they are to be activated by the respondent no.1. The respondent no.2 has to activate the same so that the petitioner can make the payment to the respondent no.2 also in accordance with the law, agreement i.e. per e-SIM Cards activation charge (one time) of Rs.5/-...
