TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT AND APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ISSUES ORDER ON SITI CABLE NETWORK V/S PAYAL CABLE NETWORK AND ANR

NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Petitioner and Respondent No. 1 are present. None used to appear for Respondent No. 2.

2. Vakalatnama afresh, is said to have been filed, by Counsel for Petitioner. Four weeks' time is being requested, for filing written submission, for and on behalf of Petitioner.

3. A request for adjournment is on the ground of arguing Counsel. Let written submission, if any, by both side, after exchange in between, be got filed, within four weeks.

4. List the matter on 23.07.2024 "for final arguments".
