NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
1.This matter will be listed for final hearing on 30.4.2024.
2.Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 - AAI, submits that he shall file his reply on limited issues, which is permitted. The reply shall be filed by respondent no.2 on or before the next date of hearing.
3.Meanwhile, on the same terms and conditions which are mentioned in our order dated 19.12.2023 as well as order dated 21.2.2024, the interim relief granted shall stand continued to be operative till 10.5.2024.
5.Direct/Dasti service is permitted.
