NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

After hearing Learned Counsel for the sides, the following issues are framed in agreement of the two counsel.

1. Whether Petitioner is entitled for recovery of amount towards outstanding subscription dues along with interest from Respondents as claimed in the respective Petitions?

2. Whether Petitioner is entitled for recovery of cost of STBs along with interest from Respondents as claimed in the respective petitions?

3. Whether any of the provisions of the Inter-connection DAS Regulation of 2012 Of TRAI has been breached by the parties to the Respective petitions?
