NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Looking to the contentious issues raised in this petition, the same is Admitted

2. Notice upon respondent. Counsel, Mr Shashank Shekhar accepts notice for respondent no.1 and Counsel, Mr. Upender Thakur accepts the notice for respondent no.2. Both the counsels are seeking time to file Vakalatnama, to get instructions and to file reply. Three weeks' time is granted to file Vakalatnama. Time to file reply is granted till next date of hearing.
