NEW DELHI, Feb. 9 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Petitioner as well as Respondent No. 2 are present. Proceeding against Respondent No. 1 is running ex-parte.

2. Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 mentioned that as per order of NCLT, no proceeding against Respondent No. 2 may be continued or be filed afresh.
