TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT AND APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ISSUES ORDER ON FASTWAY TRANSMISSION V/S DHIRAJ CABLE AND ANR

NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Looking to the contentious issues raised in this Broadcasting Petition, the same is Admitted.

2. Issue notice upon respondents; to be served by dasti as well as email.

3. Considering the nature of petitioner's grievance, respondent no.1 is restrained from further swapping of petitioner's Set Top Boxes (STBs) with that of any entity unless due compliance is shown with relevant Regulations and the Interconnect Agreement. This stay shall continue till the next date of hearing.

4. Respondent No.2 shall not use the infrastructure of respondent no.1 for supplying signals.
