NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
After hearing Learned Counsel for the two sides, the following Issues are framed in agreement of the the two counsel
1. Whether R1 has migrated to the network of R2? If so, whether such migration is as per TRAI Regulations?
2. Whether Petitioner is entitled for return of STBs along with accessories in good working condition or in lieu thereof amount from the Respondents as claimed in the respective Petitions?
3. Whether R1 has swapped the STBs of the Petitioner?
