TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT AND APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ISSUES ORDER ON DEN NETWORKS V/S AMAL CABLE NETWORK AND ANR

NEW DELHI, Feb. 15 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Case taken up. Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Respondent No. 2 are connected.

2. Even after issuing Bailable Warrant through Police mode, none is for Respondent No. 1. There remains nothing except to proceed ex-parte against Respondent No.1. Proceeded ex-parte against Respondent No. 1.

3. File is being remitted to Court of Registrar for framing of issues, if any, taking of evidences and making the file ripe for hearing arguments.

4. Parties to appear before the Court of Registrar on 19.3.2024.
