National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) under the Central Sector Umbrella Scheme implements National Programmes for Surveillance of Viral Hepatitis (2012), National Rabies Control Programme (2017), Programme for Prevention and Control of Leptospirosis (2013), National One Health Programme for Prevention and Control of Zoonosis (2013), Establishment & Strengthening of NCDC Branches (2015) and under the Central Sector component of Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) scheme implements strengthening surveillance of infectious disease and outbreak response comprising of establishment up of State branches, Bio Safety Level-3 Laboratory (BSL-3), ...
