GANGTOK, India, May 7 -- Sikkim High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 11:
1. The respondent no.2 has filed an affidavit dated 28.03.2025 to place on record an award under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act 1 of 1894. The affidavit is taken on record.
2. In view of the filing of the present affidavit the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he desires to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh, if any cause, arises. Permitted.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (C) No 28 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
