A review meeting was held today under the chairpersonship of Secretary, Railway Board, Ms. Aruna Nayar to take stock of the progress and achievements made during the Special Campaign 5.0 undertaken from 2nd to 31st October, 2025 with the objectives to ensure cleanliness in the offices and public places and to dispose of pending matters.
Against the target of 75,000 cleanliness campaigns, Railways has exceeded the target and completed 78,451 cleanliness campaigns. More than 1,000 MP references have been disposed surpassing the target. Out of a target of disposal of 2.75 lakh grievances, Railways has disposed of more than 2.48 lakh grievances.
