Reserve Bank of India had earlier invited comments/feedback from the public on draft Regulations and draft Directions to the Authorised Dealers on Export and Import of Goods and Services, vide Press Release dated July 02, 2024.
2. Based on the feedback received from public and subsequent further consultations with various stakeholders, the draft Regulations and Directions have been further revised. The emphasis of revised Regulations is on enhancing ease of doing business and bringing all instructions onto a single document.
