PATNA, India, May 29 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 1:
In compliance of the order dated 15.04.2025, the petitioner namely, Zubair Khan appeared before the court in person and handed over a demand draft bearing No.022292 dated 28.04.2025 amounting to Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) to O.P. No.2, namely Shagufta Jamal, drawn on H.D.F.C. Bank, Gaya, Bihar.
2. The O.P. No.2 has received the aforesaid bank draft before the court in presence of learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing for O.P. No.2 that an affidavit qua joint compromise is also required to be filed in terms of order dated 15.04.2025 for which a short adjournment be given.
