PATNA, India, March 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
Mr. Ranjit Kumar Singh, the learned Advocate has received fresh Vakalatnama from the appellant after receiving no objection from the earlier Advocate on record. He wishes to file the same in the Registry and only thereafter address this Court.
