PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON VINAY CONSTRUCTION V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, April 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 25:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the State, learned counsel for the Mines Department and learned counsel for the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Bihar.

2. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for petitioner in his reply to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 & 6, learned counsel for the mines department is directed to take fresh instructions and file a supplementary counter affidavit, if so advised.

3. Put up this case on 22.04.2025.
