PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 351(2), 123, 69 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, on 11.09.2024 co-accused Jai Prakash Yadav called the informant and asked her to meet at a hotel situated in Benta, Darbhanga where all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including this petitioner, drugged the informant and later on, committed rape upon her .
