PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Mr. Hitesh Suman, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to remove the defect in course of the day.
2. Permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, designation of the Court mentioned in the order dated 24.01.2025 shall stand corrected and the trial Court records would be called from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 316 of 2022 arising out of Parasbigha P.S Case No. 99 of 2021.
4. List this appeal under appropriate heading on 12.02.2025.
