The instant petition has been filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short Cr.P.C.) with a prayer to quash the order dated 06.05.2016 by which the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Danapur, Patna has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under sections(s) 323, 504 and 379 of the IPC against the petitioners in Complaint Case No. 192(C) of 2016.
