PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
It appears that notice has already been received by Respondent No.
2. The report of Nazir Civil Court, Sheikhpura however, shows that the notice has been received after expiry of the date fixed in the notice. 2. The registered cover has returned unserved as the addressee has refused to accept the notice while postal peons report at Flag 'X'.
3. In the circumstances, we take notice upon Respondent No. 2 as validly served.
4. List this case under appropriate heading on 12.02.2025.
