PATNA, India, June 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 12:
Despite the aforesaid direction of this Court on 28.03.2025, till date, there is no counter affidavit on behalf of the Union of India. However, Dr. Amitesh Kumar, learned Advocate for the Union of India submitted at the Bar that he is in receipt of the instruction and the counter affidavit shall be filed within a week, serving the copy of the same to learned Advocate for the petitioner.
2. Considering the prayer made on behalf of the Union of India, re-notify this case on 16.06.2025.
3. The interim protection extended in favour of the petitioner, shall continue till further order.
