PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant as a result of which, he sustained grievous injury.
4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the nature of injury allegedly caused by this petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
