PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 27 days in filing of the present appeal.
2. It is stated in paragraph-3 of the application that there was no one in the family to look after the case of the appellant. His wife lives in a very poor financial condition and is not aware of the legal intricacies.
3. There is no objection to this application.
4. In the circumstances, we condone the delay. 5. Interlocutory Application No.01 of 2024 is allowed.
6. List this appeal under appropriate heading on 13.02.2025.
