PATNA, India, March 3 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Renu Kumari, the learned APP for the State.
2. Call for the clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary including postmortem report, if any, from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (East) Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2020.
3. Let the matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 18.03.2025, whichever is earlier.
