PATNA, India, March 3 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
1.Heard the parties.
2. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is to involve in illegal manufacturing of country-made liquor and also to involve in trade. It is alleged that during raid 50 liters illicit country-made liquor and ten drums of semi-prepared illicit liquor were recovered from alleged manufacturing place.
