Ms. Binita Singh, learned Counsel for the appellants/State seeks to withdraw this appeal so as to file review petition before the learned Single Judge as the order passed on 04.05.2023 in CWJC No. 1399 of 2023 did not take into account that the services of the respondent has not yet been regularized.
