Re: Civil Review No. 309 of 2024 2. Civil Review No. 309 of 2024 stands de-linked in view of the fact that subject matter of civil review is arising out of LPA No. 1438 of 2019 and it was decided by myself P.B.Bajanthri, J and Mr. Justice Alok Kumar Pandey.
