PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Mr. Rajan Ghoshrave, the learned counsel, has appeared for the appellant-Bank.
2. The order dated 21.01.2025 passed in CWJC No. 18499 of 2023 is under challenge in the present appeal.
3. It appears that a SARFAESI proceeding was initiated against the respondent and his mortgaged house was taken possession of. However, the Court had directed the respondent to pay upfront an amount of Rs. 15 lakhs and a suggested plan of liquidating the loan, till which time, the Bank was directed to restrain itself from taking possession of the mortgaged property
