PATNA, India, April 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 25:
On perusal of the Office Notes dates 25.11.2024, respondent nos. 1 to 3 are appearing through Vakalatnama. Notice served upon respondent no.4 has been received undelivered with the report of the postal peon that "the addressee is dead" while notice served upon respondent no.5 is still awaited.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file substitution petition with regard to the respondent no.4 within two weeks.
