PATNA, India, Feb. 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.W.J.C. No. 3012 of 2025.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that a common order was passed in several writ petitions and, challenging the said order several Letters Patent Appeals, namely, L.P.A. No. 198 of 2025 and analogous cases, have been filed. It is submitted that the order of the learned Single Judge has been stayed and the said Letters Patent Appeals are sub judice. Therefore, the present appeal may be tagged with the said Letters Patent Appeals.
