PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 14-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55361 of 2024 with observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after completion of six months under custody.
