PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. The Court is taking a consistent view of not extending the time of surrender, if the anticipatory bail has been obtained by concealing the criminal antecedent.
3. The modification application is rejected.
