2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 318(4) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., informant and petitioners were known to each other, and they planned to purchase a plot of land in Isari Bazar. Thereafter, they agreed that they will purchase two decimal of land in the name of informant and two decimal land in the name of petitioner no. 2.
