PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 32(1) & (3) and 41(1) & (2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, total 7.29 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
