Respondent has filed I.A. No. 2 of 2025 to recall the order dated 03.12.2024 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 362 of 2019. Learned counsel for the respondent after arguing for sometime seeks permission to withdraw the Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, I.A. No. 02 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
2. Respondent is hereby directed to comply the order dated 03.12.2024 before the next date of hearing.
