The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, apprehending their arrest, in connection with Complaint Case No. 833 of 2024, dated 16.4.2024 filed for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 406, 420, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
