PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Shankar Dayal Singh assisted by Mr. Harsh Prateek, learned counsel for the informant and Km. Shashi Bala Verma, learned APP for the respondent-State.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant does not press the prayer for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail for the present. Hence, the said prayer is not entertained for the present.
3. However, liberty is reserved to the appellant to file separate I.A. for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail after a period of one year.
